Egy hely, ahol j\u00f3kat esz\u00fcnk, j\u00f3kat besz\u00e9lget\u00fcnk, ahol j\u00f3l \u00e9rezz\u00fck magunkat, \u00e9s alig v\u00e1rjuk, hogy \u00fajra mehess\u00fcnk. Azt kisz\u00fartam egy t\u00edz centi \u00e1tm\u00e9r\u0151j\u0171 kerek form\u00e1val. A pisk\u00f3t\u00e1ra gesztenyekr\u00e9met nyomtam habzs\u00e1kb\u00f3l,a kr\u00e9m \u00fagy n\u00e9zett ki, hogy 4 dl tejsz\u00ednt habb\u00e1 vertem 1 mascarpon\u00e9val, 4 ek cukorral, \u00e9s a v\u00e9g\u00e9n belekevertem 25 dkg finom gesztenyemassz\u00e1t.<\/p>\n<p>A massz\u00e1ra 70%-os \u00e9tcsokib\u00f3l \u00e9s 35%-os tejsz\u00ednb\u0151l k\u00e9sz\u00edtett ganache-t \u00f6nt\u00f6ttem, \u00e9s megsz\u00f3rtam mozs\u00e1rban t\u00f6rt r\u00f3zsaborssal. Ez volt a piros h\u00f3. A tetej\u00e9re habcs\u00f3kot k\u00e9sz\u00edtettem, a <a href=\"https:\/\/maimoni.cafeblog.hu\/2010\/12\/25\/ajandek-az-utolso-pillanatban\/\">j\u00f3l bev\u00e1lt receptem szerint.\u00a0 <\/a>60 fokon sz\u00e1r\u00edtottam 3 \u00f3r\u00e1n \u00e1t, \u00edgy a k\u00fclseje finom roppan\u00f3s, bel\u00fcl viszont kiss\u00e9 l\u00e1gy maradt.
