Egy-egy f\u00e9l csirkemellet 3-4 darabba v\u00e1gunk, csak \u00fagy, \u00e9rz\u00e9sre. A darabokat s\u00f3zzuk, egy nagyobb ed\u00e9nybe tessz\u00fck, borsot sz\u00f3runk r\u00e1, \u00e9s a must\u00e1rt is r\u00e1kanalazzuk, majd j\u00f3l \u00f6sszeforgatjuk az eg\u00e9szet.\u00a0Egy serpeny\u0151be olajat \u00f6nt\u00fcnk, kb. egy decit, \u00e9s a h\u00fasokat megs\u00fctj\u00fck benne.<\/p>\n
