Rizst megfuttatott kev\u00e9s zs\u00edron, hozz\u00e1adta a h\u00fasokat, z\u00f6lds\u00e9geket, fel\u00f6nt\u00f6tte levessel \u00e9s ludask\u00e1s\u00e1t k\u00e9sz\u00edtett. A mellet lefejtette a csontr\u00f3l, az egyik fel\u00e9t felsz\u00farta, beleh\u00fazott egy sz\u00e1l kolb\u00e1szt, f\u0171szerezte \u00e9s megs\u00fct\u00f6tte egyben. A m\u00e1sik f\u00e9l mellb\u0151l vagdaltat k\u00e9sz\u00edtett, visszatapasztotta a melle csontj\u00e1ra, bebor\u00edtotta a b\u0151rrel \u00e9s s\u00fct\u0151ben pirosra s\u00fct\u00f6tte. Hidegen is nagyon j\u00f3 volt. Az egyik fels\u0151 combot kicsontozta ( a csont ment a levesbe), s\u00f3val, borssal, majorann\u00e1val f\u0171szerezte, a csont hely\u00e9n megkente v\u00e9konyan must\u00e1rral, beletett 1-2 szelet f\u00fcst\u00f6lt szalonn\u00e1t, \u00f6sszeg\u00f6ngy\u00f6lte, megt\u0171zte \u00e9s s\u00fct\u0151ben megs\u00fct\u00f6tte. A m\u00e1sik fels\u0151 combot kicsontozva konfit\u00e1lta, igen, m\u00e1r akkor is divat volt, csak nem \u00edgy h\u00edvt\u00e1k..:o), \u00e9s eltette zs\u00edrj\u00e1ban. A k\u00e9t als\u00f3combot savany\u00fak\u00e1poszt\u00e1val megs\u00fct\u00f6tte, sok tejf\u00f6llel k\u00edn\u00e1lta. A b\u0151r\u00f6s h\u00e1jat kis\u00fct\u00f6tte t\u00f6p\u00f6rty\u0171nek, a hash\u00e1jban pedig a m\u00e1jat s\u00fct\u00f6tte meg.<\/i><br \/><i>H\u00e1\u00e1\u00e1\u00e1t&#8230; ett\u00fck hatan vagy egy h\u00e9tig a lib\u00e1t..:o)<\/i><br \/><i>Nos, csak egy \u00f6tlet a felhaszn\u00e1l\u00e1shoz!
