A joghurtot a felhaszn\u00e1l\u00e1s el\u0151tt k\u00f6zel k\u00e9t \u00f3r\u00e1val egy s\u0171r\u0171sz\u00f6v\u00e9s\u0171 sz\u0171r\u0151be (mondj\u00e1tok gyorsan egym\u00e1s ut\u00e1n h\u00e1romszor!) \u00f6nt\u00f6ttem, \u00edgy lecsepegett bel\u0151le a sav\u00f3, amit azt\u00e1n szint\u00e9n felhaszn\u00e1ltam: abban oldottam fel a zselatint.<br \/>Hozz\u00e1val\u00f3k a pisk\u00f3t\u00e1hoz:<br \/>5 toj\u00e1s<br \/>5 ek cukor<br \/>5 ek liszt<\/p>\n<p>A kr\u00e9mhez:<br \/>70 dkg joghurt<br \/>1 zacsk\u00f3 zselatin<br \/>3 nagy ev\u0151kan\u00e1l m\u00e9z<br \/>8 db s\u00e1rgabarack<\/p>\n<div><a href=\"http:\/\/1.bp.blogspot.com\/_XHrWbGZXtAk\/TE60FAiEUuI\/AAAAAAAAEPA\/j1OcSGnJMb0\/s1600\/a3.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" border=\"0\" src=\"https:\/\/maimoni.cafeblog.hu\/files\/2010\/07\/a31.jpg\"><\/a><\/div>\n<p>El\u0151meleg\u00edtettem a s\u00fct\u0151t 200 fokra.<br \/>Az \u00f6t toj\u00e1st egy ed\u00e9nyben keverni kezdtem a cukorral. Ekkor beleforgattam egyenk\u00e9nt az \u00f6t ev\u0151kan\u00e1l lisztet. A massz\u00e1t s\u00fct\u0151pap\u00edrral b\u00e9lelt nagy tepsire \u00f6nt\u00f6ttem, elegyengettem, \u00e9s t\u00edz \u00a0perc alatt kis\u00fct\u00f6ttem a pisk\u00f3talapot.<\/p>\n<div><a href=\"http:\/\/4.bp.blogspot.com\/_XHrWbGZXtAk\/TE69ryYQPiI\/AAAAAAAAEPQ\/ANDGNMZxJbU\/s1600\/F%C3%A9nyk%C3%A9p0379.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" border=\"0\" src=\"https:\/\/maimoni.cafeblog.hu\/files\/2010\/07\/F\u00e9nyk\u00e9p0379.jpg\"><\/a><\/div>\n<p>A megmosott, kimagozott s\u00e1rgabarackokat botmixerrel leturmixoltam. A m\u00e9zet is hozz\u00e1adtam, \u00e9s j\u00f3l elkevertem.<\/p>\n<div><a href=\"http:\/\/4.bp.blogspot.com\/_XHrWbGZXtAk\/TE69_Eej5II\/AAAAAAAAEPY\/v-Oyp0fBDq4\/s1600\/c1.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" border=\"0\" src=\"https:\/\/maimoni.cafeblog.hu\/files\/2010\/07\/c1.jpg\"><\/a><\/div>\n<p>A joghurt kicsepegett sav\u00f3j\u00e1t egy kis l\u00e1basban meleg\u00edteni kezdtem, hozz\u00e1kevertem a zselatint, felforraltam, azt\u00e1n h\u0171lni hagytam. A joghurtot \u00f6sszekevertem a m\u00e9zes barackp\u00e9ppel, majd belecsorgattam a langyos zselatint.<br \/>Egy t\u00e9glalap alap\u00fa j\u00e9nai t\u00e1l alj\u00e1ra v\u00e1gtam egy darabot a pisk\u00f3t\u00e1b\u00f3l, akkor\u00e1t, amekkora pont befedte &#8211; majdnem pontosan a lap fele volt. R\u00e1\u00f6nt\u00f6ttem a kr\u00e9m fel\u00e9t, majd r\u00e1tettem a pisk\u00f3talap m\u00e1sik fel\u00e9t. Ekkor jutott eszembe a t\u00far\u00f3kr\u00e9m, \u00edgy most az k\u00f6vetkezett, majd a joghurtos massza m\u00e1sik fele.
