De abban mostan\u00e1ban nem volt hi\u00e1ny.<br \/>Eml\u00edtettem m\u00e1r, hogy a nagy forr\u00f3s\u00e1gban visszaesik a csal\u00e1d h\u00e1zitej-fogyaszt\u00e1sa, de a heti 2&#215;4 litert mindig h\u00e1zhoz hozz\u00e1k. \u00cdgy azt\u00e1n van j\u00f3 sok t\u00far\u00f3nk, \u00e9s meglehet\u0151sen sok aludttejes s\u00fctem\u00e9ny k\u00e9sz\u00fcl n\u00e1lunk. Na de most, most \u00faj p\u00e1lya ny\u00edlt el\u0151ttem a joghurttal: gy\u00fcm\u00f6lcsjoghurt, joghurtos sal\u00e1t\u00e1k, joghurtos s\u00fctik&#8230;<\/p>\n<div><a href=\"http:\/\/2.bp.blogspot.com\/_XHrWbGZXtAk\/TE1yVk9skcI\/AAAAAAAAEOk\/dnK6q7UeCgo\/s1600\/c2.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" border=\"0\" height=\"640\" src=\"https:\/\/maimoni.cafeblog.hu\/files\/2010\/07\/c2.jpg\" width=\"352\"><\/a><\/div>\n<p>A teend\u0151 a k\u00f6vetkez\u0151: a h\u00e1zitejet (b\u00e1r gondolom, boltib\u00f3l is m\u0171k\u00f6dik, csak ne m\u0171tej legyen) felforraljuk, majd hagyjuk kb. 40 fokosra h\u0171lni. A f\u00f6l\u00e9t leszedj\u00fck.<br \/>Egy megfelel\u0151 nagys\u00e1g\u00fa, csavaros tetej\u0171 \u00fcveg alj\u00e1ra \u00f6nt\u00fcnk egy kis poh\u00e1r nat\u00far joghurtot (arra figyelj\u00fcnk, hogy \u00e9l\u0151fl\u00f3r\u00e1s legyen), r\u00e1\u00f6ntj\u00fck a tejet (\u00e9n most 1 literrel k\u00eds\u00e9rleteztem), lez\u00e1rjuk az \u00fcveget, \u00e9s j\u00f3 meleg helyre tessz\u00fck. Vannak, akik a sz\u00e1raz dunsztot (azaz t\u00e9li takar\u00f3k k\u00f6z\u00e9 rejt\u00e9st) javasolnak, szerintem ilyenkor ny\u00e1ron ez felesleges, nekem a mikr\u00f3 tetej\u00e9n t\u00f6lt\u00f6tte az \u00fcveg a k\u00f6vetkez\u0151 nyolc \u00f3r\u00e1t. \u00c9s k\u00e9szen volt.
