A cukrot egy k\u00f6zepes l\u00e1basban karamelliz\u00e1ltam, amikor elolvadt teljesen, bele\u00f6nt\u00f6ttem a tejsz\u00ednt. Addig kevergettem, am\u00edg a hideg tejsz\u00ednt\u0151l \u00f6ssze\u00e1llt karamell \u00fajra fel nem old\u00f3dott – ez bizony el\u00e9g sok\u00e1ig tartott. Elz\u00e1rtam az ed\u00e9ny alatt a l\u00e1ngot, \u00e9s h\u0171lni hagytam.
Mivel kil\u00f3s kiszerel\u00e9s\u0171 h\u00e1ztart\u00e1si keksz van itthon, egy m\u00e1sik zacsk\u00f3ba tettem nagyj\u00e1b\u00f3l harminc dek\u00e1nyit, \u00e9s a zacsk\u00f3t k\u00edv\u00fclr\u0151l sodr\u00f3f\u00e1val p\u00fcf\u00f6lve apr\u00f3 darabokra t\u00f6rtem a kekszet. Folpackkal kib\u00e9lelt p\u00fcsp\u00f6kkeny\u00e9r form\u00e1ba t\u00f6lt\u00f6ttem, elsim\u00edtottam, \u00e9s\u00a0h\u0171t\u0151be tettem. Rohannom kellett, nem volt id\u0151m elj\u00e1tszogatni a sim\u00edtgat\u00e1ssal, \u00edgy, mondhatni, rusztikus s\u00fctit kaptam eredm\u00e9ny\u00fcl.
A forma \u00e9s a kekszdarabok miatt er\u0151sen eml\u00e9keztet a majomkeny\u00e9r, esetleg keksztekercs n\u00e9ven elh\u00edres\u00fclt s\u00fctem\u00e9nyre, eml\u00e9keim szerint abban egy nap alatt megpuhultak a darabok; nos, ebben nem. Teh\u00e1t: ha valaki szereti, ha ropog a keksz, k\u00f6vesse h\u00edven a le\u00edr\u00e1st. Aki ink\u00e1bb a\u00a0puh\u00e1ra szavaz, tartsa melegen a massz\u00e1t, am\u00edg bele nem keveri a kekszet.
Egy\u00e9bk\u00e9nt fantasztikus; k\u00e1v\u00e9 mell\u00e9 egyenesen vesz\u00e9lyes. Neh\u00e9z vele le\u00e1llni.<\/p>\n
