M\u00e9regdr\u00e1g\u00e1n vettem t\u00e9szt\u00e1t hozz\u00e1 az Intersparban, azt\u00e1n csendesen s\u00edrdog\u00e1lva dob\u00e1ltam a kuk\u00e1ba, mert ah\u00e1nyszor r\u00e1n\u00e9ztem, t\u00f6r\u00f6tt. Vend\u00e9geket v\u00e1rtunk,  \u0151ket szerettem volna megk\u00edn\u00e1lni valamivel, ami nem megszokott &#8211; h\u00e1t, ez akkor nem j\u00f6tt \u00f6ssze. A t\u00e9szta h\u00e1zilagos s\u00fct\u00e9s\u00e9r\u0151l meg valaki lebesz\u00e9lt, mondv\u00e1n, bonyolult, nem \u00e9rdemes neki\u00e1llni.<br \/>Azt\u00e1n m\u00e1r megint <a href=\"http:\/\/fuszereslelek.blogspot.com\/2009\/03\/tortilla.html\">F\u0171szeres Esztern\u00e9l<\/a> l\u00e1ttam meg a megold\u00e1st: ott a t\u00e9szta receptje, \u00e9s nem is bonyolult! <br \/>Az Eszter \u00e1ltal megadott mennyis\u00e9geken nekem ugyan v\u00e1ltoztatnom kellett, aminek lehet az a szubjekt\u00edv oka, hogy m\u00e1s m\u00e9ret\u0171 b\u00f6gr\u00e9t haszn\u00e1ltam. A l\u00e9nyeg, hogy \u00e9leszt\u0151 n\u00e9lk\u00fcli keny\u00e9rt\u00e9szt\u00e1t k\u00e9sz\u00edtettem (3 dl v\u00edz, f\u00e9l dl ol\u00edvaolaj, s\u00f3, bors), \u00e9s addig adtam hozz\u00e1 a lisztet (nagyj\u00e1b\u00f3l fele kukorica-, fele teljes ki\u0151rl\u00e9s\u0171 t\u00f6nk\u00f6lyliszt), am\u00edg sz\u00e9pen nem g\u00f6mb\u00f6ly\u00f6d\u00f6tt a keny\u00e9rs\u00fct\u0151ben a massza.<br \/>M\u00e9g k\u00e9t fontos tanuls\u00e1g a t\u00e9szt\u00e1val kapcsolatban:<br \/>1. A h\u0171t\u0151ben val\u00f3 pihentet\u00e9s a lelke. Amit f\u00e9l\u00f3ra m\u00falt\u00e1n m\u00e9g nehezen lehetett ny\u00fajtani, azzal m\u00e1snap m\u00e1r semmi gond nem volt.<br \/>2. A folyamatos lisztez\u00e9s a ny\u00fajt\u00e1s sor\u00e1n elengedhetetlen. Persze, erre r\u00e1j\u00f6n mindenki mag\u00e1t\u00f3l&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Tov\u00e1bbi aranyszab\u00e1ly, hogy logisztikailag kicsit komolyabb szervez\u00e9st ig\u00e9nyel, mint mondjuk egy palacsinta. Az\u00e9rt ugyanis, hogy ne t\u00f6rj\u00f6n, izibe&#8217; le kell kenni sz\u00f3sszal, megt\u00f6lteni, feltekerni, de ehhez oda kell k\u00e9sz\u00edten\u00fcnk sz\u00e9pen sorba mindazt, amit bele k\u00edv\u00e1nunk tenni. Teh\u00e1t, a m\u00e1r elk\u00e9sz\u00edtett sz\u00f3szt (az eny\u00e9m: tejf\u00f6l, joghurt, k\u00e9t gerezd \u00f6sszenyomott fokhagyma, 1 tk sz\u00f3jasz\u00f3sz, 1 tk szarvasgomb\u00e1s ol\u00edvaolaj, 1 tk must\u00e1r, a feln\u0151ttek\u00e9be plusz chili), a z\u00f6lds\u00e9geket (mad\u00e1rsal\u00e1ta, rucola, julienne-re gyalult c\u00e9kla, r\u00e9pa, szint\u00e9n gyalult k\u00e1poszta, fejes sal\u00e1ta, end\u00edvia &#8211; ami csak van), valami h\u00fasnem\u0171t (legut\u00f3bb minifas\u00edrtokat rejtettem bele), sajtot (camembert-t, parmez\u00e1nt, fet\u00e1t). Egy\u00e9bir\u00e1nt pontosan emiatt lettem tortilla-fan, mert nincs m\u00e1s \u00e9tel, ami ennyi z\u00f6lds\u00e9get, illetve m\u00e1s eg\u00e9szs\u00e9ges hozz\u00e1val\u00f3t tartalmazhat, \u00e9s \u00edzlik eny\u00e9imnek.<br \/>S mivel van bekevert t\u00e9szta a h\u0171t\u00f6ben, reggel nem tart tov\u00e1bb az elk\u00e9sz\u00edt\u00e9se, mint egy unalmas szendvics\u00e9. Ha bet\u00f6lt\u00f6ttem \u00e9s feltekertem, kett\u00e9 v\u00e1gom, zs\u00edrpap\u00edrba csavarom (folpack-ellenes vagyok), majd csinos kis pap\u00edrzacsk\u00f3ba teszem, fejenk\u00e9nt a k\u00e9t felet.
