De minimum 40 dkg.<\/p>\n<p>\u00edzl\u00e9s szerinti porcukor<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>1. Verj\u00fck habb\u00e1 a tejsz\u00ednt annyi porcukorral, hogy \u00edzl\u00e9s\u00fcnknek megfeleljen, keverj\u00fck bele a kr\u00e9msajtot.<\/p>\n<p>2. Az eper fel\u00e9t turmixoljuk le, ha nem el\u00e9g \u00e9des, ezt is porcukrozhatjuk.<\/p>\n<p>3. Rakjuk ki a poharakat az asztalra. A kekszet t\u00f6rdelj\u00fck, nyomkodjuk sz\u00e9t a kez\u00fcnkben &#8211; mozs\u00e1rban is lehet -, a t\u00f6rmel\u00e9ket osszuk el a poharakba. Hagyjunk bel\u0151le d\u00edsz\u00edt\u00e9snek.<\/p>\n<p>4. A kr\u00e9mmel gazd\u00e1lkodjunk \u00fagy, hogy minden poh\u00e1rba k\u00e9t r\u00e9teg jusson, \u00edgy: kr\u00e9m, turmixolt eper r\u00e9teg, megint kr\u00e9m.
